For over 35 years, I have been providing care, support, and assistance to thousands of people, both in Australia and abroad – often when they are at their most vulnerable.

My career as a registered nurse has been deeply rewarding, providing me with expertise in a range of specialties, and leadership roles. As a Director of Nursing/Clinical Commissioning Coordinator, I have commissioned three overseas Private Hospitals.

Since 2010, I have focused on providing assistance and nursing care to people keen to remain in their own homes rather than moving into retirement care.

Coordinating the placement of carers for clients involves matching expertise, skills, and personalities to the client’s needs. 

In many instances, getting the right carer/client match is the key to ensuring individuals can stay within their own home versus moving into a nursing home.

Enabling people to continue to live their lives surrounded by the people and things they love gives me enormous satisfaction.
